The much overdue big, long post about underwear

Started my Mystery block of the month embroider-a-long with Sweet pea embroidery. This is block 1.
I never ever ever share things like this, but this one is near and dear to my heart. This beautiful little girl is fighting a really cruddy disease and her parents are struggling to keep up with the medical bills and medications. When we moved in a year ago we had this really dark weirdly blotchy painted counter. we couldn't afford a new counter right now. so I looked at options. and I settled on this offwhite rockchip type paint. I finally finished redoing all of it yesterday. I started some last year. and had 1 corner left to do lol. it brightens the whole kitchen. I have half the backsplash done. I work in chunks when the mood strikes. I used a kit from home depot where its like a fake granite/rock type paint. its a pain to do but i love it when its done. You can swipe to see a mega close up. much better than the black splotchy.
so im working on my 13 underwear patterns. I have all traced and I'm doing pattern Alterations now, comparing all to my own draft I made awhile ago. Not surprisingly, Jalie 3242 is SPOT ON. in rise, size, and cheek coverage.
its underwear time again. 13 patterns I'll be sewing up. I have 10 already traced but Im exhausted. so I will trace the last 3 tomorrow and start Alterations.
