Hi! Welcome to my blog! I’m glad you found me in cyberspace. I’m a 40something Wisconsin Sewist.  I am currently a stay-at-home mom to 2 furbabies (Cheeto 11 and Bennie Bear 9) that I love terribly.  My kids, Miss K, 20 years old and Mr. T, 24 years old, have grown into adults in the blink of an eye.  Miss K is still at home while she completes her college degree, but Mr. T lives with his girlfriend and made me a Grandma in 2025!

I enjoy getting creative and sewing things. I have an obsession with fabrics and patterns and I love trying out everything I find. I’m also obsessed with vintage patterns, fabric and machines.  Honestly I love all machines and anything sewing related!

I have chronic health problems and sewing is peaceful to me; I love to do it. In Feb 2021 I found out I had a large brain tumor. April 2021 I had a craniotomy. Fall 2021 I had brain radiation. And in Summer 2022 had a full hysterectomy. I am trying to navigate these valleys in life and still cling to the things I love to do. On top of those issues, I have an enormous amount of GI issues, Epilepsy, Autoimmune issues and EDS.
